Bialetti USA recently announced their official partnership with Top Chef Fabio Viviani (who also competed in Bravo’s Season 8 Top Chef All-Stars).
He was at the 2011 Home Housewares Show to kick off this partnership and performing cooking demonstrations using the Bialetti Aeternum cookware line.

The Bialetti Aeternum line is PFOA free, and its nonstick coating is applied at a low temperature, leading to a lower emission of C02 into the atmosphere.
The highly advanced and easy to clean white nanoceramic coating paired with an extra-thick aluminum body provides excellent thermal properties and even heat distribution, so dishes are cooked to perfection every time, making the Aeternum a dream to cook with.
