Traditional Tuscan Cuisine Meets Modern L.A. Life in New Series, Premiering Wednesday, January 19th at 10pm ET/7pm PT on Cooking Channel
Actress Debi Mazar and her husband Gabriele Corcos share their passion for food, their family and each other in the new series Extra Virgin, which joins the Cooking Channel lineup this January. She’s a modern girl from Queens and he’s a food purist from the hills of Tuscany and, with their two young daughters, they have a home life that blends their two opposite sensibilities – with hilarious and delicious results. Shot in Los Angeles, Florence and Fiesole, Italy, Extra Virgin premieres on Wednesday, January 19th at 10pm ET/7pm PT on Cooking Channel.

“Debi and Gabriele are truly dynamic and passionate food lovers – their chemistry as a couple is fiery, funny and loving, just like Lucy and Ricky in the kitchen,” said Bruce Seidel, Senior Vice President, Programming, Cooking Channel. “Their authentic Italian cooking style is captivating and will show viewers how to incorporate the simple traditions of Tuscany into their own homes.”
In the premiere episode of Extra Virgin, Gabriele is hard at work building a backyard Tuscan pizza oven in their Los Angeles home, while Debi and her b.f.f. Robert hit the bathtub for her famous avocado skin treatment. After Gabriele makes delicious ‘Tuscan-ized’ burgers for the construction crew, the couple plans a casual barbecue for their friends. At the end of the day, Debi and Gabriele serve a beautiful menu of grilled marinated chicken, Caprese di Farro salad, grilled vegetables and red wine sangria for their guests.
