Fabio Viviani, Bravo’s Top Chef Fan Favorite and Bialetti spokesperson, said, “As soon as I got the Aeternum, I took it home and seared a piece of sea bass and I was amazed— it crisped and browned the skin to perfection with barely any butter or oil, and I thought ‘Wow, this is amazing!’ I would pick the Aeternum cookware over a cast iron to sear anything any day of the week. It’s one of those things that you have to see in person to believe it.”

The Aeternum provides a solution for consumers wanting a healthier, “greener” choice in cookware.  The Aeternum line is PFOA free, and its nonstick coating is applied at a low temperature, leading to a lower emission of C02 into the atmosphere.

The Aeternum Cookware Line is available in a red exterior finish and includes 8”, 10” and 12” sauté pans, a 2-quart saucepan with glass lid and a 12” deep sauté pan with glass lid and is currently available at Bialettishop.com with a suggested retail price of $19.99 – $69.99.

I love quality cookware. Ive been yearning for a piece of Bialetti cookware. This would be used very often in my home. I love to saute a lot of my meals. This would give my food even heat distribution unlike the horrible pan I have now.
