The folks at Olivia’s Croutons asked me to try their award winning croutons…
The Butter and Garlic Croutons have a delightful buttery crunch and subtle garlic flavor. It was really hard not to eat all of them before they made it atop my salad!
I also tried the Parmesan Pepper Croutons which are crunchy and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. I can’t wait to try the other flavors!
Olivia’s Croutons also make a great wholesome snack eaten right out of the box. They are made from fresh Vermont breads and do not contain anything artificial.
This family business has been making croutons since 1991 and they also offer tostini and stuffing.
When I make a garden salad at home, I keep it simple, and use the freshest ingredients available. Topping it with Olivia’s Croutons puts pizzaz into my easy salad.
If I’m in the mood for something bacony, I make Wilted Lettuce Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing. The mother of a good friend (we’ll call her Mrs. C) taught me this recipe because it has been one of my favorites since I was a teenager.
Adding Olivia’s Croutons to her recipe makes it burst with flavor without any extra fuss! They taste like the croutons I would make if I had the time.
