So easy to prepare, every ingredient for an incredible gourmet meal is included.
First thaw the Chateaubriand in the refrigerator…
…then rub it with the savory OS Seasoning Packet provided…
…Roast in the oven at 425°F (30-40 minutes for perfect medium rare) then let rest for 15 minutes before carving…
…heat the Asparagus With Hollandaise Sauce and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes in the microwave, while the Mushroom Demi-Glace warms in a saucepot on the stove…
…put the Chocolate Lava Cakes in the oven at 400°F to cook for 15 minutes to oooey gooey perfection…

Nothing compares to a piece of rare beef tenderloin. Love to give that meat a gentle massage with herbs, dijon mustard and fresh ground pepper, wrap it in hickory smoked bacon and roast it to 130 degrees. Incomparable.
