I have to admit, I get excited when I find a creative bacon recipe.  For too long, bacon has been slapped carelessly beside some eggs and toast without much thought or effort.  

I salute the creative chefs who are inspired to do more with their bacon, check out these recipes from some of the food blogs I enjoy reading:
