Published by Brad on January 22nd, 2010 - in Uncategorized

Inspired by eating at the best restaurants, bringing home innovative recipe ideas to cook for her family, and sharing the experience with her readers.  This is Natasha’s culinary adventure at fivestarfoodie.com.

Natasha’s impressive 5 Star Dining History includes many Forbes Travel Guide and Michelin top rated restaurants. Her most recent fine dining adventure was at Alex, a Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star rated restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada (this is her 11th meal at a restaurant on the Forbes 5 Star list!).

Check out the Butter Poached Maine Lobster at Alex….

My Perfect Meal from the innovative recipes at fivestarfoodie.com, would start with….

Sweet Goat Cheese Fritters

…and then I would eagerly try……

Carrot Wolfberry Super Soup

….after licking the bowl clean I would savor….

Porcini Salt Crusted Filet Mignon with Horseradish Butter and Saffron Mashed Potatoes

…and for a unique 5 Star dessert…..

Frozen Coffee Liqueur Soufflé

Be sure to check out the monthly 5 Star Makeover Challenge.  This month the challendge is to create a cornbread or cornbread dish with a twist.

I can’t wait to see what happens next at  fivestarfoodie.com.  Thank you Natasha for proving that 5 Star dining is possible at home, and for sharing your adventures at the best restaurants in the world.

Thank you for reading my blog!
