I am also amazed at the amount of bacon products that have been created. I seemed to be more amazed each time I search the web, and I will continue to pass on the info through my blog as I find interesting bacon stuff. Its seems like bacon brings out the creative side of a lot of entrepeneurs. As for Vosges chocolate, particulary Mo's Bacon Bar, I credit that bacon product for the inspiration to write about bacon stuff. After one bite I was hooked and keep going back for more.
